As the Logistics Service Providers Association (LojiDer), within the scope of our cooperation protocols with universities, a webinar titled “The European Union Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) Compliance Process and Its Impacts on the Logistics Sector” was held on 23 July 2026, with a presentation by Dr. Gülriz Hande YILMAZ, Lecturer at the Logistics Program of Yeniçağa Yaşar Çelik Vocational School of Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University, and with the participation of our members.
During the webinar, information was shared on the Emissions Trading System, how emissions can be reduced, accurate emissions calculation, improving environmental performance, cost savings, the decarbonization roadmap, legal compliance, and risk management.
