On April 16, 2026, as the Logistics Service Providers Association (LojiDer), within the scope of our cooperation protocols with universities, a webinar titled “Human Resources and Competency Transformation in Logistics (Logistics 5.0)” was successfully held with the valuable participation of our members, featuring a presentation by Lecturer İlyas Temel Şafak from Düzce University Kaynaşlı Vocational School.
During the webinar, insights were shared on Logistics 5.0, Logistics 4.0, the 7 Rights of the Supply Chain, the STAR Interview Strategy, HR strategies of global leaders, and SMACI as the digital engine of Human Resources.
