Logistics Service Providers Association (LojiDer) visited the Chairman of the TBMM Plan and Budget Commission Mr. Mehmet MUŞ, in his office on October 7, 2024. LojiDer Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Dr. Kayıhan Özdemir TURAN and our Board Member Mr. Burhan ÇAKAN were informed about LojiDer's establishment process, activities, priority issues, and projects, and the reservations of the transportation sector regarding the amendments made in the 12th article of the Law No. 7521 dated July 18, 2024 on Amendments to Certain Laws and Legislative Decrees published in the Official Gazette dated July 26, 2024 and the seventh paragraph of the 9th article of the Petroleum Market Law No. 5015 dated 12/4/2003 were expressed.
