As the Logistics Service Providers Association (LojiDer), participation was made in the “8th Heavy Commercial Vehicles and Trailer Summit” organized by the Trailer Industrialists Association (TREDER) and the Heavy Commercial Vehicles Association (TAİD) on 8 May 2026 in Istanbul.
Held under the main theme of “The New Journey of Trailers in the Light of Digitalization and Autonomous Technologies,” the summit brought together industry leaders, public officials, NGO presidents and sector representatives.
LojiDer Chairman of the Board Dr. Kayıhan Özdemir TURAN, along with Board Members Mr. Engin KIRCI and Mr. Burhan ÇAKAN, attended the summit. LojiDer Chairman of the Board Dr. Kayıhan Özdemir TURAN was also among the opening speakers of the summit.
Within the scope of the summit programme, which was held with intense participation, panels titled “Digitalization and Autonomous Technologies,” “Regulations and Their Effects on the Sector,” and “Changing Transportation Ecosystem and the Common Future” were organized. Presentations were also delivered by economist Mr. Ali AĞAOĞLU and technology writer and trend hunter Mr. M. Serdar KUZULOĞLU.
