As the Association of Logistics Service Providers (LojiDer), within the scope of our professional information activities, we successfully held our webinar titled “The Carrier’s Liability in International Road Transport: CMR, Turkish and German Law” on 9 February 2026, with strong participation from our members.
Our webinar was organized with the valuable contributions of Mr. Attorney Dr. Ata TORUN, Managing Partner of Hansu Law Partnership. During the event, participants gained insights into the carrier’s liability in international road transport, the CMR Convention, and the practices under Turkish and German law.
