As the Logistics Service Providers Association (LojiDer), within the scope of our cooperation protocols with universities, we held a meeting with Istanbul Okan University on 24 September 2026. During the meeting, discussions focused on the preparedness of young people entering the logistics sector, the current logistics curriculum, strengthening university-industry cooperation, and innovative steps for the future.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Kayıhan Özdemir TURAN, Chairman of the Board of Directors of LojiDer; Dr. Instructor Member Işılay BİLGİÇ, Director of the Vocational School; Dr. Dilek YALÇIN, Head of the Department of Management and Organization; Dr. Instructor Member Selim AYKAÇ, Head of the Logistics Program; and Dr. Instructor Member Zeynep AKKUŞ, Faculty Member in Human Resources Management.

During the meeting, views were exchanged on further developing cooperation between universities and the logistics sector, and the importance of joint efforts to equip young people with the knowledge and skills aligned with the needs of the logistics industry was emphasized.
