As the Lojistik Hizmet Sağlayıcılar Derneği (LojiDer), we attended the second session of the “30th Spring Career Days” event held on 11 May 2026 at the Seminar Hall and Foyer Area of the Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Maritime.

The session, moderated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gamze Arabelen, featured Alp Tuğhan, Member of the Board of Directors of LojiDer, as a speaker.

During his speech, he shared examples of how he overcame challenges throughout his professional career and offered valuable insights on key considerations for young people in career planning, approaches to potential professional challenges, and the importance of solution-oriented thinking.

He also shared the core working principles behind his career achievements, the key points he has consistently focused on, and noteworthy experiences he encountered throughout his professional journey with the participants.
